  Online Service Requests

Many communities have their own website and would like to use their site to directly receive service requests. PubWorks takes this to the next level by logging the requests, notifying the appropriate individuals and then tracking the cost and progress through to completion. A follow-up message can be sent to the resident informing them that their concerns have been heard and work is being done to address the issue.

PubWorks
helps bring this type of demand maintenance full circle. The community has a channel of direct communication, the department can efficiently respond and address the issue and the manager can be assured that all communications are captured and work preformed is accurately and comprehensively recorded. See PubWorks Service Requests

PubWorks Connects the Service Request to the Work Order……

…..giving you Comprehensive Analysis, for Result-Focused Management.

“Now we are creating histories for when calls come in and when work orders are fulfilled. This helps us keep track of our employees as well as flagging frequent problems at the same address. It also helps us with tracking reports so we can say what it cost to do snow removal or patch repair or a particular project such as a bridge replacement.”

PubWorks is pleased to announce our Automatic Vehicle Locator using CompassCom software.

CompassCom™ is an industry leader in providing solutions for mobile resource management. Specializing in the real-time tracking of mobile assets, CompassCom™ uses integrated GIS, GPS, and wireless solutions to enable customers to track the location and activities of fleet vehicles.

Through the combination of PubWorks Asset Management software and CompassCom’s mobile solutions, we will offer:

  • The ability to track real-time locations of fleet vehicles within our PubWorks MapViewer. Using the CompassCom™ ‘CompassLDE’ and PubWorks MapViewer, real-time vehicle locations can be easily viewed and monitored. The PubWorks MapViewer will display the actual movement of all vehicles on a minute by minute. This will allow you to quickly locate a specific worker, estimate how long it may take a reach a critical service call site, and track the route of a specific vehicle.

  • The Automation of PubWorks Activity creation based on CompassCom™ vehicle location and activity data. The CompassLDE product records vehicle location and specific information about the vehicle such as plow movement, ignition on/off, sprayer on/off. PubWorks will automatically analyze the data for each vehicle and generate daily activity records. This automatic creation of Activity records will save data entry time and improve accuracy.
