Many communities have their own website and would like to use their site to directly receive service requests. PubWorks takes this to the next level by logging the requests, notifying the appropriate individuals and then tracking the cost and progress through to completion. A follow-up message can be sent to the resident informing them that their concerns have been heard and work is being done to address the issue.
