Taking It on the Road

From Boston to San Jose, we’re out there to see you. Traveling to trade shows and exhibitions large and small allows us to learn about the challenges our customers and potential customers face and show them in person how PubWorks is creating success stories all over the country.

Looking Back
…..

PubWorks has been logging the miles this year, attending conferences and expos of all shapes and sizes. We value not only the opportunity to meet potential PubWorks customers, but also the chance to spend time with existing PubWorks customers face-to-face. Here's a look at where we've been and where we're going. For more details on upcoming events, see Events.

APWA Annual Conference and Expo - What can we say, it's the Big One. Pete Anzalone and Ed Mitchell attended this show, reporting good attendance and ample interest in PubWorks. Many passersby viewed the live software demonstration offered on site, and countless folks took home information. This show is in Denver next year; PubWorks will be there in force.

West Slope Snow and Ice Conference - Sponsored by the Colorado Chapter of the APWA, organized by Gunnison County Public Works Director, Marlene Crosby, and held in beautiful Gunnison, Colorado, this is always a great show. This show will remain a favorite because we can connect with many Colorado customers and catch up on how they're doing and what they need.

International City/County Management Association, San Jose, California - PubWorks joined our good friends from PinPoint GeoTech at this year's ICCMA meeting. Spreading our message was easy here, as many city and county managers are hungry for affordable and useful software to manage assets and resources.

.....and Moving Forward

MACTO, Missouri Association of County Transportation Officials, Lake of the Ozarks, November 2-3. Because PubWorks is such an excellent fit for county agencies (and because we know it's a well-executed event) we're sending in the big gun this year. Sales Director, Bob Guion will be meeting with our current Missouri customers and learning about the needs of others in Missouri. As word spreads on the successes PubWorks has a part in, this event will keep Bob busy.

Johnson County Kansas is host to the Kansas Association of Counties Annual Conference, to be held November 14-16. This is our first time attending this event and we think it'll be a good one because our Kansas customers will be there giving us the opportunity to connect with them and their associates.

95th Annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference, November 16-19. PubWorks is a long time exhibitor and we'll be in Atlantic City again this year. New Jersey is home to many PubWorks clients - including Atlantic City itself - and the few who are not will be able to view the latest suite of products and meet PubWorks' President and Chief Developer, Pete Anzalone and Mike Dibble, respectively.
